Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction - this 8 week course enables participants to experience the benefits that mindfulness has in helping to slow down, pay attention and capture the precious moments in our lives.

This course will run on each Tuesday for eight Tuesdays, beginning Tuesday May 2nd, from 7pm to 9..30pm each time.
